Clouseau is full of love and kisses! ~ And thanks to the rescue efforts of Irving House he will spend the rest of his life knowing what it is to be loved bacK!

But it very nearly wasn't such a happy new beginning for this little guy. You see, Clouseau has congestive heart issues and needs a little pill once a day to keep his heart beating. We guess the family he was living with didn't think he was worth the effort and they dumped him at a local pound to be put down without the expense of a vet bill. Yep. They just dumped him and turned their backs but not before denying him his medication. And when he wouldn't die fast enough then they decided to speed things up and they dumped him. No care, no concern, no second thoughts...just like dumping the garbage.

But Clouseau caught a break. The pound turned out to be a 'no kill' and they recognized Clouseau still has a lot of life and love left in him and they contacted us! We were glad to help! Look at that face...could you resist?

He was welcomed, put him on his meds, neutered and had a few rotted teeth pulled and Clouseau now faces a new life with people who welcome his kisses and spend countless hours spoiling this priceless treasure.

What about his heart, you ask? Bursting with love and no sign, none, of congestive issues. Maybe all the little guy really needed was to know there was a heart filled with love for him as much as his is filled with love to give...
